I’ve gotten off to a really good start this year! I think I’m more confident this year about my ability to stick to my goals because last year went so well. My goals right now are to walk 10k steps a day (on average) and to journal every day what I eat. I’m taking a light approach to diet, because I want to do what I did last year – keep it low pressure. My only goal last year with walking was just to move every day (though I had different goals throughout the year, that was the main one) and I feel like not putting too much pressure really helped me be successful, so I’m hoping that will work with diet too! Anyway here’s my week 1 (I’m throwing Jan 1 in with this week).
Check-in Week 1:
To help keep myself motivated, I earn book buying money for meeting my goals. For every week I average 10k steps (or more) per day, I get $1.00 and for each week I keep my food journal (regardless of what I eat) I earn $1.00. So let’s see what I earned this week!
