This week was okay – though I pretty much did as I always do. I’m a bit frustrated with myself for not pushing any further – so I’ve decided that June is a new month and an opportunity to set some new goals. I’m going to get a pedometer (today hopefully) so that I can have daily step goals. And I’m going to get active on Twitter for June. I think I did much better pushing myself when I was reporting daily, instead of just once a week, so that’s my goal for June. I hope everyone is doing well with their goals

Day 144 (Sat): None – out of town
Day 145 (Sun): Rest Day
Day 146 (Mon): 30 minute walk/jog
Day 147 (Tues): 30 minute Kettle Bell Workout
Day 148 (Wed): 30 minute walk/jog
Day 149 (Thurs): 30 minute Kettle Bell Workout
