The weather continued to be super cold and wet early in the week, making those C25K walk/jogs brutal. At the same time, I’m that much prouder of myself for doing them, so I guess that’s a plus. On Monday I discovered that my C25K App is actually tracking how far I go in the 30 minutes and I’m averaging just around 2K right now. So I’m trying to push so that I can maybe get to a 30 minute 3K by March 29 and maybe a 50 minute 5K. And thankfully the weather took a turn for the better these last couple days, so getting out will hopefully be much easier moving forward. Fingers crossed it stays this way!
