MovieStar @VaughnAsher
@FilthyBlueBird #BehindTheScenesIsMyScene The Blue Bird has trust issues. And tantrum issues. And commitment issues.

Why is he so damn sexy? How will I ever get out from under Asher's thumb if I can't stop thinking about his tongue on my buttons? #HottiesNeedToPlayFair

You know how sometimes you want to really continue a series (or serial) but you have all these review books and such that you keep prioritizing over it? Well that was Block for me. I enjoyed Follow and Like so much, but then I got back to what I had to read. Until the dreaded reading funk hit.

I wasn’t enjoying anything. Not that I wanted to DNF the books. I just wasn’t in the mood. So I sent a desperate message to Brandee, begging to borrow Block. Well,it worked. It sucked me in so fast that before the night was over, I was messaging her to borrow the next one.

So why was Block so good that it pulled me out of a reading funk?

So much happened in so little space – it was nonstop. And those of you who have dismissed this serial as just another erotica… There was only ONE sex scene. Yeah. This is so much more than great sex. Hell, we hardly even saw the sex.

This is raw emotion and crumbling when the shit hits the fan. Grace and Vaughn are both trying to live a life with their secrets blissfully hidden away. What would happen if their secrets came into the light? That’s Vaughn’s concern and his fear is just the start of their mess…

We know Vaughn’s secrets – but the world only suspects. But even more important, in my opinion, are Grace’s secrets, because when Block starts, we still don’t know them. You know how sometimes in books there’s this big secret and when it’s finally revealed it feels anticlimactic? That’s so NOT what happened here! Her secrets a doozy!

But what’s better, when Block ends, more secrets loom and the shit is just starting to hit the fan… I can’t wait to read more!
