October 31, 2015 Reading Assignment Challenge 8

It’s time for our October Report Card – a chance to update your progress, let us know if you’re on track for that A+, and enter the monthly giveaway! If you’re not familiar with the Reading Assignment Challenge hosted by Fantasy is More Fun and Because Reading, get all the details and sign up here!

October Report Card

After earning my F in August I kind of gave up on this challenge (and most my other challenges too to be honest) – work just hasn’t really left me time to think about challenges, I’m just glad to be reading and sometimes blogging! However I know we’ve got quite a few people still in it and YOU’RE ALMOST THERE! We’ve got two more months and then it’ll be time for the grand prize drawings! Plus look for signups for next year’s HW assignment before the end of the year (yep! We’re TOTALLY doing it again!) 🙂

How’d you do?

It’s your turn to check in! Link up in the linky below to a blog post (or updates to your original sign up post), a Goodreads Update, a Facebook or Twitter post, etc. and let us know:

  1. What books did you read from your list?
  2. Do you need to take a pass or use extra credit? (Don’t forget you have a limited supply!)

Even if you’ve dropped out of the challenge overall, you can enter the monthly drawings! We’ll close the Rafflecopter on the 8th and the winner will get a #5 gift card to Amazon (open internationally). Good luck!

I failed this challenge after the first few months. I am just too much of a moodreader for such a strict challenge. Although I’ve read a few of the books that were on my list for this challenge eventually. It’s fun to see that some bloggers are still doing great or who made it this far!

It is a hard one for mood reading for sure! You know, whenever you read books off your list you can still link up for that month, even if you’ve failed the challenge 🙂

You got so close – much closer than I did! Michelle and I are making a couple modifications that will potentially make it easier. But work on that list – that part isn’t changing 😉

I can sure understand why you’ve let your reading challenges go. You have one big challenge enough. I took on four per month, which was stupid, but then I am now retired and it is getting a little of my TBR taken care of.

That’s awesome – I tried taking on 2 a month which wasn’t too smart. Next year it’ll be one a month for sure.

I’m thinking next year I’ll be mostly challenge free – probably just the audio challenge, this one, and maybe the library challenge. That’s it. They’re all easy to track!
