I’ve had a really stressful week, but I’ve actually spent quite a bit of my time recovering from the stress by walking – either outside or on the treadmill. As the weather has gotten colder I’ve spent less time outside (which Buffy doesn’t love, though she doesn’t like the cold either, she just forgets it’s cold…) I’m a cold wimp, so I’m taking more short walks instead of long ones and it seems to be working out okay. And I’m staying really close to my goal of 8k steps a day, though I do want to get to 10k by the end of the year.
Day 311 (Fri): 7,358 steps (3.41 miles)
Day 312 (Sat): 1,529 steps (0.71 miles) – rest day
Day 313 (Sun): 2,517 steps (1.17 miles) – rest day
Day 314 (Mon): 8,963 steps (4.15 miles)
Day 315 (Tues): 11,363 steps (5.26 miles)
Day 316 (Wed): 9,919 steps (4.61 miles)
Day 317 (Thurs): 14,366 steps (6.65 miles)
Average: 8,002 steps/day
