Oops! I almost forgot to check-in! This past week was pretty good, I had a lot of ups and downs. I find that I either have a good day, with lots of walking or a bad day with lots of time spent at the desk. So I’m even more convinced that I need a treadmill desk. I just need a job before I can rationalize spending savings on a treadmill. But I have one all picked out and DIY plans all set for making it into a desk once I have a job and can feel better about dipping into my savings.
Day 227 (Fri): 5,658 steps (2.6 miles)
Day 228 (Sat): 2,652 steps (1.2 miles)
Day 229 (Sun): 1,899 steps (0.9 miles) REST DAY
Day 230 (Mon): 4,881 steps (2.3 miles)
Day 231 (Tues): 5,387 steps (2.5 miles)
Day 232 (Wed): 2,411 steps (1.1 miles)
Day 233 (Thurs): 8,648 steps (4.0 miles) CLEANING DAY!
