I’m so proud of myself this week! I’ve been consistently doing an hour long morning walk – I had two days this week that I woke and really didn’t want to move, but I pushed and did it. It’s been a difficult adjustment because I had been doing evening walks at my last apartment, but at this new place it’s not a good area for late walks 🙁 But the morning is working out well and I’m starting to get to a point where I’m easily surpassing my 6,000 steps a day goal – so I *may* increase that goal to 7,000 next month. We’ll see. Hope everyone is doing well 🙂
Day 192 (Fri): 7, 475 steps (3.46 miles)
Day 193 (Sat): 6, 254 steps (3.13 miles)
Day 194 (Sun): 1, 019 steps (0.47 miles) REST DAY
Day 195 (Mon): 7,312 steps (3.39 miles)
Day 196 (Tues): 6,004 steps (2.78 miles)
Day 197 (Wed): 7,547 steps (3.50 miles)
Day 198 (Thurs): 7,241 steps (3.35 miles) as of 11:15 pm – so maybe like 20 more lol!
