I missed posting last week because of traveling, so I’ve got the last two weeks on here. I’m not thrilled with how I’m doing, but I’m pleased that I’m still staying active every day. I just wish I saw myself progressing. That will be my goal next week – to do a bit more than walking Buffy, but really doing workouts.
Day 122 (Fri 5/2): Walked Buffy for about an hour.
Day 123 (Sat 5/3): Walked Buffy for about an hour.
Day 124 (Sun 5/4): Rest day. (Still walked Buffy about 30 minutes)
Day 125 (Mon 5/5): Walked Buffy for about an hour.
Day 126 (Tues 5/6): Walked Buffy for about an hour.
Day 127 (Wed 5/7): Spent most the day on train – no real activity.
Day 128 (Thurs 5/8): Walked for 45 minutes getting around St. Louis.
Day 129 (Fri 5/9): I was on retreat and walked for hours on the trails. Wish I had a pedometer!
Day 130 (Sat 5/10): On retreat again – but canoeing, rock wall, and ropes course! Seriously it was intense!!
Day 131 (Sun 5/11): 1 hour 30 minute (leisurely) walk with friend and dog at park.
Day 132 (Mon 5/12): 1 hour walk getting around St. Louis
Day 133 (Tues 5/13): Spent most the day on the train – no real activity.
Day 134 (Wed 5/14): 30 minute walk/jog.
Day 135 (Thurs): 30 minute (leisurely) walk.
