This week was okay – though I pretty much did as I always do. I’m a bit frustrated with myself for not pushing any further – so I’ve decided that June is a new month and an opportunity to set some new goals. I’m going to get a pedometer (today hopefully) so that I can have daily step goals. And I’m going to get active on Twitter for June. I think I did much better pushing myself when I was reporting daily, instead of just once a week, so that’s my goal for June. I hope everyone is doing well with their goals :)

Check-in 22: 

Day 143 (Fri): 30 minute walk/jog

Day 144 (Sat): None – out of town

Day 145 (Sun): Rest Day

Day 146 (Mon): 30 minute walk/jog

Day 147 (Tues): 30 minute Kettle Bell Workout

Day 148 (Wed): 30 minute walk/jog

Day 149 (Thurs): 30 minute Kettle Bell Workout

    You did good and I feel the same way about my workouts. I do the same workouts and get bored. But adding Zumba has helped. My work schedule for June has to change so I’m going to try to go walking before work. Hopefully that will motivate me. Have a great week!

      Good luck with the changing schedule – sometimes that helps keep things different! I may need to think about adding something to my routine like Zumba – it would be fun and different.

      It really is Lark – especially when you take full advantage of the support on Twitter for example. Though my weekly check-ins do keep me accountable, I think I’d push myself more if I were checking in daily.
