My #COYER Reading Goals | March 2014

February 17, 2014 Challenges & Readathons, COYER 24

#COYER begins in just 12 days, can you believe it? If you haven’t signed up yet, head on over to the sign-up post and enter the linky!

If you have signed up, don’t forget that you need to post some sort of reading goals post between now and March 8th to be eligible for the giveaways. If you aren’t sure what that should look like, this post is basically your example. It doesn’t have to be just like this of course, just let us know what you hope to read in March. And if you don’t have a blog, go post in the Goodreads group we created for COYER, called “Two Girls and a Challenge.” There’s a board there called “COYER Participation Posts” where you can post your goals.

A goal post of some sort is MANDATORY for the giveaways, but we decided to sweeten the pot a bit. For everyone that enters a link in the linky below to their goal post (which must be live) on or before March 1st will get AN EXTRA 10 POINTS in both rafflecopters. Why? Three reasons: 1 – we want to see what your planning on reading and start getting to know the participants; 2 – we need your help spreading the word and what better way than letting people know you’re joining in? and 3- we don’t want you to forget :)

My March 2014 #COYER Goals

I have 8 books on my goal list this time around. Notice how I decided to be a little more reasonable than last time (where I listed like 20 books or something unrealistic)? I’d love it if I manage more, but most likely I won’t. So for my Spring Cleaning I hope to read:

COYER Goals

I’m trying to read a variety – I’ve got 3 Netgalley books, 2 Kindle Freebies, and 3 Review Request books and from all sorts of different genres. And they’re all way past due… So I should stay entertained throughout the month.I’ll be posting COYER updates every Monday in March, including updates on my own reading and some highlights from reviews y’all post.

Okay – so now it’s time to link up those goal posts! Don’t forget, do this on or before March 1st and you will get an extra 10 points in BOTH giveaways.

Thanks Lexxie – you too! Found got cut from this list due to a bunch of mood reading changes so far, but so many people seem to have liked it that I’m going to put it on my calendar for later this year.

Thanks Andie! I’ve changed my list a bunch already but the number of reads hasn’t gone down, so that’s a plus!

I’ve planned ahead for a variety, too, although really maybe I should focus on Netgalley to get my approved/reviewed ratio back under control…

Anyway, yours look an interesting bunch!

WEll if you’re anything like me you’ll change your list a few times before the month is over. :) Hope you’re enjoying your COYER reading!

I hope you’re enjoying COYER! My book list has already changed about 3 or 4x since starting… and will probably change again as the mood strikes. I have way too many free books that would count.

Yay! I’ve moved things around a bit and am a little behind where I wanted to be so I’m afraid I might not get to it this month. But I’ll make sure to get to it soon either way!

Thanks Pam – I needed this challenge badly. Of course I’ve already changed what I’m reading since this post like 3x…

Thanks Braine – it’s hard because for every book I read I add like 3 more. That adds up to NEVER cleaning my eReader. LOL

I’m laughing because I’ve already changed my list like 3 times. I mean I’ve read some of the books on this list, but quite a few have been changed around. That’s what we get for having super full ereaders! Hope you’ve been enjoying COYER even though I’ve been a total slacker!

Oh I know, these check marks have been saving me! Now if only I could find a way to get to the posts more quickly – gah, I’m such a slacker!
