Sunday Post | 16th Edition

October 27, 2013 Sunday Post 18

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @Caffeinated Book Reviewer. Basically it’s a chance to talk about the books you bought, borrowed, blogged about, and read for the week and what’s coming in the week ahead – and then share them with a much wider blogging community. Check out the details here.

I spent last week on a bit of a free fall. Posts that were setup happened. Those that weren’t, didn’t. I guess sometimes weeks just workout that way. But I spent all day yesterday getting caught up on comments and planning out this week and I’m optimistic that things will return to normal this week! For one – I’m no longer sick!!!

And I’m so incredibly excited because the Clean out your E-reader Challenge begins November 1st – so we kick off Friday!!! There’s still time to sign-up HEREAnd we’re still looking for a couple mini-challenge hosts. If you’re interested, please email me at: ksjmkm1@gmail.com.

Blogosphere Fun

I’m still behind on visiting other blogs right now – so this is much lighter than I like. But next week will hopefully be back on track!!

I’m getting geared up for the Ho-Ho-Ho Readathon. If you haven’t signed up yet, check it out – it’s going to be fun!

Something Wicked Returns has been a blast and there’s still a few days left! I plan to visit a lot of the blogs I haven’t made it to yet this week. And there’s still lots of great fun features scheduled for the week!

The Book Nympho had a provocative WTF this week: M/M Romance.

And I always love Michelle @ Because Reading is Better than real life’s “My To-Be Read List” and this week she had a book that I’ve been very curious about, Ten by Gretchen McNeill.

About Berls
Berls has been a book lover her whole life. She reads pretty much every genre and is currently working hard at making her childhood dream of becoming an author come true. She loves sharing her thoughts about books, blogging, and just random fun stuff. She's a challenge and read-a-thon junkie, so it's no wonder that she loves co-hosting the COYER reading challenge. Leave a comment, Berls is always happy to chat!

I am excited about all the read-a-thons that are happening in November. I have a ton of books that I need to get through, and I need all the encouragement I can get!

You and me both! I’m overlapping the read-a-thons to the best of my ability to make better progress. Let’s rock it 🙂

Yay – I’m so glad to here that Desire by Blood is a good one! It sounded interesting and for free, I couldn’t resist.

Glad you’re signing up for Ho-Ho-Ho, it’s going to be a blast!

Oh yay! I’m glad to hear it was good. I wont be reading it until December or January, but really looking forward to it!

I know how that goes – after this month I will be all out myself 🙂 I’m really looking forward to Ho-Ho-Ho myself and have been stacking up the books- North Pole Reform School was a lucky snag thanks to Reanna connecting me to Jaimie so yay! It’s the first one I plan to read for Ho-Ho-Ho 🙂

Thanks! Too bad about Locked, hope I like it better. I understand feeling commitment phobic – if you change your mind, I promise we won’t be wardens or anything. LOL it’s just meant to be a fun way to work on those eReads and have a chance to win something for taking the time to review them. Even if you don’t change your mind you can still read along and enjoy all the reviews 🙂

Ooh, I can see you are gathering your Ho-Ho-Ho read-a-thon books with your NetGalley reads. I’m still trying to get my books together even though I have my challenge sorted.

Yep – I’ve been grabbing every holiday read that catches my eye and probably now have more than I’ll actually have time to read LOL! But I’d rather have too many to choose from. I also seem to be in a naughty mood for this years Xmas selections, so that will be interesting.
