Sunday Post | 8th Edition

September 1, 2013 Sunday Post 10

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @Caffeinated Book Reviewer. Basically it’s a chance to talk about the books you bought, borrowed, blogged about, and read for the week and what’s coming in the week ahead – and then share them with a much wider blogging community. Check out the details here.

Last week was a rough one  – mainly because of starting grad school, as I’ve been dreading for weeks. But it was complicated even further because I was also moving. We spent the summer in Texas, but had to drive back to St. Louis and move into our new apartment for the fall semester. We left Monday morning at 3am to arrive at our apartment around 2pm to discover that our apartment had an overwhelming smell of gas. It ended up not being too big a deal, but it still set us back and we didn’t get moved in until very late. And then school happened – non stop all week… and I didn’t have time to write new posts. So only the ones I had already scheduled made it up. We’ll see how this week goes – I’m trying to get ahead over the weekend so that I can keep up. I’m also hoping to have a little time each night to respond to comments and read other blogs. Fingers crossed!!

I hope everyone had a great week and is enjoying their labor day weekend! I know I am enjoying this much needed break 🙂

Thanks Jenea! That gas thing really scared me at first – it could’ve turned out so much worse. Looking forward to a calmer week.

That’s so true Jessica – I have so many books on my TBR right now a week without adding won’t hurt my future reading prospects one little bit. LOL

Thanks for stopping by! Happy reading 🙂
