Sunday Post | Third Edition

July 28, 2013 Sunday Post 11

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. Basically it’s a chance to talk about the books you bought, borrowed, blogged about, and read for the week and what’s coming in the week ahead – and then share them with a much wider blogging community. Check out the details here.
Last Week on the Blog

Fantasy Is More Fun is a on its third week and it’s been busy! I’m really excited that the blog hit and surpassed 1000 views already – I know that’s not much for more established blogs, but I think it’s a promising start.

I’ve also been learning html code – I’m working on switching to WordPress and all the guides and tips I’ve read use html, so I figured I should educate myself in it a bit. I wrote the table today in html and so far it’s working, so that’s a start!  I’m doing a lot of playing around with design and such at the moment, so not much is consistent. I’m trying things out so I can find my look. A lot of times, things aren’t how I want them because I don’t know how to make them that way, but I figure the only way to learn is to keep trying. So thanks for bearing with me!

If you haven’t been around this week, here’s what you missed:
Monday: Voyager by Diana Gabaldon, Chapters 20 to 30
Wednesday: Biting Cold by Chloe Neill,  Chapters 14 to 24
Every Thursday these feature looks
at an element of fantasy to see
if it’s REALY more fun.

Thanks so much! I’m really loving blogging and getting to know everyone. I keep hearing that WordPress is the way to go – I went ahead and signed up for hosting and have a site, now to make it look good! I wish I had the money to hire someone to do all the design and everything for me. My brother is good at graphic design, so I’m hoping he’ll be able to help, even though he’s not too familiar with web design. Fingers crossed! Thanks for stopping by! Happy reading.

Thanks! I’m really excited to get to them, if only my TBR weren’t overflowing! But I guess it’s better to have too many books to read than not enough, right?
Thanks for stopping by and have a great week!

Thanks Jenna! WordPress is intimidating, but all I hear are good things – it must just take a bit of a learning curve to get started with. Have a great week!
